Dammit, Oracle snuck these entries into my PATH:

C:\Oracle\product\10.1.0\Client_2\jre\1.4.2\bin\client;C:\Oracle\product\10.1.0\Client_2\jre\1.4.2\bin;

Got rid of those and it worked.
