another thing to check is the connection-factory-service.xml, see what the JNDIBindings
for it. sth like:

  |       <attribute name="JNDIBindings">
  |          <bindings>
  |             <binding>/IVTCF</binding>
  |          </bindings>
  |       </attribute>
  |
