Is there a solution to this problem yet? I had same problem but from different installation sequence. I installed JBoss IDE for Eclipse 2.0.0.Beta2 and then used Eclipse Update Manager to update WTP and it created second instance of WTP stuff and plugin manager shows errors everywhere.
