I went trrough this before but I still have a question that I can't answer. If I only put libraries into .../server/default/lib shouldn't an application always be able to see it. Somehow I have to put struts.jar into both .../server/default/lib and WEB-INF/lib (part of war archive) otherwise I am getting different exceptions... (tld or classes not found...)
