You can't use the rich and the ice components on the same application. It's one or the other for now. I'm not sure how you even configured this to get it deployed, but the jars are just not compatible at this time. To get a proper icefaces configuration/packaging, you can use seam-gen to generate a basic project (if you haven't already).
