[Beginners Corner] - java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space - jboss-user

i use jboss 4.2.2 ga with seam 2.0.2 on windows 2003 server with jdk 1.6.04

after hours i got 

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space

is there a simple way in jboss to track memory allocation to identify where the problem
comes from?
