I actually commented out the module defs in application.xml and reverted to just Eclipse 3.3.2 (fall) and WTP 2.0.1. Seems to be working like a charm now. This is my first experience with SEAM. The jboss tools look like they will make working with SEAM a snap. I was trying to work with the seam-gen tool in concert with Eclipse and kept getting confused.
