Hmm, I have no idea where the readme.html file appears when using the jems installer, but
it has the solution to your problem. As does the 4.2 faq.
Note the line you posted:
11:17:12,243 INFO [Http11Protocol] Starting Coyote HTTP/1.1 on http-127.0.0.1-8080
This means that http is bound to localhost and listens to only that ip address. If you
want it to listen to other address, run the app server with the -b option:
./run.sh -b 0.0.0.0 (binds to all ip addresses)
or
./run.sh -b nn.nn.nn.nn (when nn.nn.nn.nn is your host's ip address)
Personally, I never use the jems installer. I have seen too many posts from people who use
it and cannot get the app server, or some component thereof, running correctly. It is much
better to grab the binary zip and unzip it.
