I have been trying to find out what is the default transaction policy for ejb2 stateless session beans in jboss (versions 4.2.2 and 4.0.1) using container managed transactions. In other words if no transaction policy is defined to bean or its methods in ejb-jar.xml which policy jboss uses. For me it seems it is "Required" at least in version 4.2.2. Does anyone knows for sure which policy is used and is it same or different in versions 4.2.2 and 4.0.1?
