Sorry for delaying in reply. Well, checkout your application-policy configuration in conf/login-config.xml. There should be a "JmsXARealm" policy defined - however this MCF is being created with guest credentials by default. However, this is not the actual solution, you could change these values to reflect those of yours and try.
