btw. had a chat with the JDT debugger guys here at eclipsecon.

He will come back to us with input on why hotreplace (ctrl+s) does not work when jboss
have redeployed.

And he told me that IBM's J9 jdk supports adding and possibly also deleting methods
when doing hotreplace. Sun's doesn't.
