You dont have jdbc driver jar in lib folder. I think it will help you a lot if you go
through portal document once.

Please put  jar containing com.sybase.jdbc2.jdbc.SybaseDataSource in
jboss-4.0.5-GA/server/default/lib and this error will go away.
