[JBoss Seam] - Automatic disabling of ui components - jboss-user

Hi,

At a given date, I want all my jsf ui components to be disabled automatically, so that
they are read-only.

I believe that I could use some life-cycle event, scan the page for all ui components and
disable them programatically. 

My question is what event to use, and how to configure it?
