Some questions: 1. Which version of MyFaces and Tomahawk are you using? 2. Are you using facelets? 3. Have you successfully used other Tomahawk components? Personally, I abandoned the Tomahawk 1.1.3 JsCookMenu because it didn't expose enough of the menu settings for me to integrate it into my app's look and feel.
