Here the decision of a problem :-)
Put i one folder Bean ang Client jar and run script:

set CLASSPATH=%JBOSS_HOME%\client\jbossall-client.jar;
set CLASSPATH=c:\Client.jar;%CLASSPATH%
java ClientMainClass

And all works without errors and warnings
