[JBoss Portal] - where is the thirdparty libs of jboss portal 2.61 - jboss-user

I am new to jboss portal. I did what as the wiki said to run sh build.sh or run build.bat
in windows. but they all report a missing file. and I check the svn trunk. in the
thirdparty directory. this is a nothing more than .project file.

what do I need to do to complie the jboss portal source file?
