[JBoss Seam] - cannot compile seam cvs, included fix - jboss-user

I had to change this in order to compile seam cvs :

diff -r1.198 build.xml

Because the antlr library has been renamed from ./lib/ant-antlr-1.6.5.jar to
./lib/ant-antlr.jar
