When I used the properties with a name messages_zh_cn.properties, messages_zh_tw.properties, it works correctly. One is Simpliflied Chinese, the other one is Traditional Chinese. When I used the properties with a name messages_zh_CN.properties, messages_zh_TW.properties, it works incorrectly. Both choise display with Simplified Chinese.
