I don't think there is ready way to scan messages. probably you can try AOP to intercept at JBM server. But for this case, i think first you need to make sure if those connections are good (each subscribers are receiving messages even if the message is pilling up). You can also register a connection exception listener to monitor it. If all connections are good, i think it should be something wrong with the message delivery and need to be looked into seriously.
