Sorry, I have been too busy updating the book to Seam 1.2.0 (but run out of time for the Spring integration stuff). I have sent the final files to the publisher. I believe the 3/9/07 version is very close to the final manuscript. I do not have control over the Safari process. But I think they will put out another version once the book is indexed and proof read.
