I assume you have a BookShopContext.war file. Copy it to server/xxx/deploy. That's all you need to do. I agree with your appraisal of the bloatedness of Eclipse, after a few updated my Eclipse directory weighs in at well over 1GB! But I can't live without it (I'm addicted to command completion and automatic formatting) and disk is cheap.
