[JBoss Portal] - CMS Admin in portal 2.4GA - jboss-user

hi i'm trying portal 2.4GA and i found that in the CMS admin the reposition of
portlets in the page doesnt work. 

i think this is a bug ob the portal because portal 2.2 it works.
