[JBoss jBPM] - Use of external zip process in designer build.xml - jboss-user

Is there a particular reason why we are spawing an external zip process in the
assemble.org.jbpm.gd.jpdl.feature.xml script?

This is something ant can do, instead of being forced to install a command line zip
facility on win32.
