Some confusion here; you log states you don't have the right xulrunner because you are running with JDK 64 bit on Windows but you still seem to be able to use and open the Visual Page Editor ? That should not be possible. If you are running on Windows 64 bit, please use a 32 bit JDK since we don't have a 64 bit version of xulrunner.
