that's the risk of working with versions from cvs head. 

Automagically generated forms will most likely not be supported anymore. The GPD in cvs
has a 'generate form' option that can be used instead. 

The examples are still under construction, again, the risk of working from cvs-head (care
to contribute ;-) )
