[JBoss Tools (users)] - tools.jar not being detected - jboss-user

hi all... 

i saw this in :https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=126239

and i believe that this is till an issue with eclipse europa, i have added manually the
tools.jar in jre settings in eclipse, and other ideas?
