I added a tool-tip to the check-all checkbox to hopefully reduce the
confusion it may cause. It will say:
"Select All Platforms (Selects All Servers In Expanded Platforms Only)"

So i just did what they recomment - put the <tooltip> inside the
<graphicImage> and made sure I gave the image an id. It worked.
