[jopr-dev] suggestion to remove "Create Database" button

Please refer to: http://jira.rhq-project.org/browse/RHQ-981 http://jira.rhq-project.org/browse/RHQ-200 I would like to recommend that we get rid of the "Create Database" button in the installer. Its creating more problems than it is solving. Just had another person today complain that its confusing (even though the docs make it pretty clear that this should not be pressed if you already created the database and user). But there are other reasons to remove this anyway. Anyone object to use taking out that button entirely from the installer?
