new wink demo that shows "script plugin" and metrics

I renamed the CLI plugin to "Script plugin" to avoid confusion wiht the remote
client/CLI stuff.

While I was at it, I added some things to the CLI/Script plugin demo:

I added 5 more frames at the end that shows how you can extend that plugin to collect
metric data from the script/CLI output.
