Implemented this, feed URLs are now:
http://localhost:8080/wiki/service/Feed/atom/Forums/SeamUsers
http://localhost:8080/wiki/service/Feed/atom/Forums/SeamUsers/Comments/ex...
http://localhost:8080/wiki/service/Feed/atom/Forums/SeamUsers/Comments/only
http://localhost:8080/wiki/service/Feed/atom/Forums/SeamUsers/Comments/in...
etc.
Unfortunately this breaks all existing URLs, because Seam Filter can not filter
"/service/*" AND "/servlet/*" (to which we internally redirect).
Waiting for fix of JBSEAM-2494 before we roll this out.

Feeds shouldn't have the ugly servlet+id URLs but something like
/MyArea/MyDirectory/Feed/Atom and we do internal rewrite. That would also make feed
bookmarks stable and permanent (well, as long as the area/directory name doesn't
change, which is probably good enough). On second thought, that might not even be as
stable as the servlet+id links...
