Don't agree that this is a minor bug. It means you can't use Images with s:button
!
The fix above works (we are using this in our code). Should take no more than a couple of
minutes to fix.

An s:button with attribute image= does not output the image src URL to the result.
The type is set to "image" but the src URL is lost.
Think that something like
if (button.getImage() != null)
{
writer.writeAttribute(HTML.SRC_ATTR, button.getImage(), HTML.SRC_ATTR);
}
is required in Button RendererBase.java
