I had rewritten asserts and find out that we need original real SeamApplication instead of
MockApplication so rolled back the change for JBSEAM-4986

org.jboss.seam.test.integration.i8ln.LocaleTest depends on bad prerequisite for local
LOCALE where are tests launched.
Therefore it fails in some cases of comparison to Locale.getDefault
e.g there is getFacesContext().getApplication().setDefaultLocale(Locale.ENGLISH)
