I've fixed both the hibernate and jpa examples for tomcat6, both with embedded jboss
and without. I also updated the build files for other servers, but I couldn't test
them.

hibernate.jar is no longer being copied to WEB-INF/lib since it has been renamed to
hibernate-core.jar in the dist. Jar names specified in examples/{hibernate,
jpa}/build-*.xml need to be changed.
