I'm not really sure what you mean here. You should be able to nest a converter in the
e:cell and use it for making output changes. We call underlying code if there are
EL-expressions in the value field, by telling the JSF engine to render itself. I think
that should work with converters as well?

It whould be nice to be able to add converters for cells in Excel export (e:cell tag). In
this case will will allow to use same objects, as used to display normal HTML tables, but
cuntrol output text by converters (like we are doing to HTML table)
