I think the problem here is that hibernate caches the message bundle and doesn't
reload when the Seam locale changes (which does reload the seam message bundle)
Hibernate validator does not use the seam locale

Using Seam2 (CVS.2007-08-21)
When i use the built-in Seam component localeSelector to change the user locale,
hibernate validator continues to use the locale defined in the browser settings
(accept-language http header) rather than the seam locale for the error messages.
