Sadly no. Firstly i wanted a notag possibility too, however i figured out that that would
be very hard to make, since decorate needs a tag that a4j:support will rerender if used.
But if theres no ajax maybe it could work, i will try it. But whithout tag ajax rerender
wont work. However im still new to seam so maybe im missing something so i will look into
a bit more.
Make s:decorate behave more similarly to ui:decorate

ui:decorate preserves its children, while s:decorate groups them as one instead. This
makes s:decorate unusable for form fields laid out using h:panelGrid, as there's no
way to separate the field label from the field itself (they are grouped together).
