We can retroactively add the 2.1.0.GA files to the 2.1.0.GA tag, and also to trunk to
allow ongoing updates to the docs.

Japan JBUG has translated most of the 2.1.0.GA Reference Guide and is going to start
referee reading.
The translated po files are put on the Japan JBUG svn right now:

Could you tell me where to submit our po files on your svn repository?
I wondering whether I should put the po files to the trunc, because we are working on
2.1.0.GA, not 2.1.1.x.
