I don't see how a login failure is an "error". It is not. It is correct
functioning of the system. (User error, perhaps.)
Anyway, the JSF spec does not define semantics for these messages so its pretty
arbitrary.
In CVS, I let you override the whole method.

For instance, line 191 would be
