I think 1) is sort of out of the question. If people would like to use the file in Excel,
they'll use the jxl exporter. If they want a CSV file, to be able to use anywhere,
they'll use csv. If we follow 1) some people might not be able to use the exporter at
all.
We could implement a "csv(but not really)-they-way-excel-can-handle-it"
exporter. I don't think it's a good idea though.
