It's still a unique request. The only scenario where a collision might happen is the
one described by the user, with the two open tabs and a session timeout.

Conversation id generation should be managed by a component that can be overridden for
specific deployments. We might even consider providing a more interesting default (or
optional) strategy like a GUID.
