These examples *don't use* JBoss Embedded, they use plain tomcat.
We need to test these on vanilla tomcat.

hibernate.jar is no longer being copied to WEB-INF/lib since it has been renamed to
hibernate-core.jar in the dist. Jar names specified in examples/{hibernate,
jpa}/build-*.xml need to be changed.
