Cody Lerum commented on SEAMMAIL-37:
------------------------------------
These are excluded by the @Requires but unfortunately that is where the info messages are
coming from -
https://github.com/seam/mail/blob/develop/impl/src/main/java/org/jboss/se...
The only alternative is to break out the Freemarker and Velocity into separate modules.
A post "Seam 3" home for Mail is in the works and they will be split at that
time.
Preventing FreeMarker and Velocity from being installed

Key: SEAMMAIL-37
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SEAMMAIL-37
Project: Seam Mail
Issue Type: Bug
Components: templating
Affects Versions: 3.1.1.Final
Reporter: Thomas Güldner
I've packaged SeamMail into an ear. Loaging my ejb-jar and SeamMail rises some
exceptions like
{code}
Caused by: org.jboss.weld.resources.spi.ResourceLoadingException: Error .oading class
org.jboss.seam.mail.templating.freemarker.FreeMarkerTemplate
{code}
These exceptions are only info. The deployment doesn't fail but the messages are not
good.
Is there a way to prevent FreemarkerTemplate to be installed? I've tryed to exclude
the class using _weld:exluce_ in my beans.xml but doesn't work.
It would be fine if the template beans use something like the @Requires annotation or
another way to look in the classpath before installing the bean.
