please refer to http://jira.icefaces.org/browse/ICE-5402 which has been resolved. Please
note which revision of jboss-6.0.0 now has the support required for jsf1.2 applications
(which will include ICEfaces).

Loading of initial page fails with:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.icefaces.x.context.BridgeFacesContext2
Not really surprising since ICEfaces have known compatibility issues with JSF 2
