This is easy (alter Threshold in bootstrap/log4j.xml). However the information at INFO
level is very useful when debugging. Should we redirect it to a file? Perhaps 2 files,
one for > INFO and one for > DEBUG.

1. Reduce the log level for 'ant testall' so that you actually see which tests
fail. I recommend ERROR for everything.
