Looks like maybe this was fixed in trunk, but I can't really tell where the Excel
module is in the seam trunk. Anyway, patch is against

Setting a number format with xls-format-mask on e:formula doesn't do anything.
Example:
<e:formula column="4" row="0" value="SUM(E21:E24)"
style="xls-format-mask: $##,###,###,###,###.##;$(##,###,###,###,###.##)"/>
