Christian Bauer commented on JBSEAM-2140:
-----------------------------------------
This is not the fault of the iframe. How to reproduce:
1. edit the 'Welcome' start document of the wiki
2. click on 'Foo' on the left-hand menu to exit the editor and to browse another
document
3. use the workspace switcher to get back to the 'Welcome' edit conversation
Notice that the title of the document says 'Foo' now. There is no conversation
propagation between these steps, in 1. we are starting a new LRC, in 2. a new temporary
conversation is used, in 3. we want to switch back to the LRC. The only thing all of these
screens have in common is that they use the 'documentHome' component to hold the
instance that is rendered/edited.
Help iframe overwrites state in document edit conversation

Key: JBSEAM-2140
URL:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBSEAM-2140
Project: JBoss Seam
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Wiki
Reporter: Christian Bauer
Assigned To: Christian Bauer
Priority: Critical
This is a major issue. The iframe inside the Help popup gets the same conversation as the
document editor, hence, overwrites state in documentHome. This leads to document updates
actually updating the help page. At least it looks like this is the cause... need to
investigate.
