Much improved dependency management using Maven.
Compile time dependencies for Seam are done, and contribute towards improved runtime
dependency information (along with Shanes chapter in the docs). We really need to be able
to create dependency profiles (which Maven 2.0 doesn't have) to get proper runtime
info.
