What about <s:modifies> ?
Extends conflicts with the Java semantics for extending a class, while specializes is
already an XML keyword. Using a unique and more semantically appropriate keyword would
address this.

In particular:
- Should the root namespace be changed to urn:java:ee ?
- Should <specializes> be changed as it is to close to the @Specializes annotation
