This is done, as part of a major refactor .... except .... it doesn't actually help,
because JSF RI has a bad implementation of ManagedBeanELResolver / SessionMap that creates
new session all the time. Fix is to get the JSF RI to have a nicer impl of SessionMap.
Don't create HttpSession until we *really* need it
