I think UIChart class should use <p:font> settings. I attached the patch against this issue to this ticket.Please check the patch. When apply the patch to Seam, Seam can support CJK chacter in a chart. and In a chart, developer have to appoint the following to use CJK. 1. Appoint the 'locale' in <p:document>. e.g. <p:document ... locale="ja">. Now, 'ja' has not mean. but I think that this is necessary when Seam supports other multi-byte languages. 2.
